Diamond Hygiene was founded in 2006 by myself and my parents, with a shared vision of building a business that put its customers, its people and good old-fashioned service first.
Twenty years later, we're still proudly independent, family-run and committed to those same values.

A lasting tribute to Louisa - The Duchess
My mum, Louisa, was at the heart of Diamond Hygiene from the very beginning. Affectionately known as “The Duchess”, she played an important part in shaping the business and the values we continue to uphold today.
Although she's sadly no longer with us, her influence remains woven into everything we do. We proudly named our offices Duchess House in her memory — a lasting tribute to someone who helped build Diamond Hygiene and whose spirit will always be part of its story.
